There are over 500 plants that come up each year and produce gorgeous pink flowers . They are unique to this domain and attract many visitor , sometimes through the Garden Conservancy .
Lotus ( Nelumbo nucifera , Zones 5–10 ) is native over a all-encompassing range of Asia , where it is widely cultivated . It is an important symbol of godly ne plus ultra in many Asiatic religion . count at this beautiful flower , it is prosperous to see why it is so dear .

Two fully open lotus flowers take care up at another bloom in elegant bud . Lotus are not difficult to maturate , and they conform to a wide range of climates as long as they acquire in standing body of water . Most smorgasbord thrive in water between a few inches to several infantry deep . Of the numerous varieties and selections , some are more cold resistant than others .
If one lotus is beautiful , how about dozens . . .
. . . or even hundreds of lotus works ? Lotus flora form rhizomes that can circulate rapidly through a pond . If you would wish to keep them from spread , lotus can be planted in big container place in the pool to keep them from running .
