A trip back to a beautiful garden
Today we ’re visiting with Suzanne Pearce in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia .
My husband , Bruce , and I submitted photograph to GPOD in 2021(Spring in British Columbia).At the time I did not include photos of our lower garden , so here are a few . Bruce overhaul aside on May 30 last year , and I find that the garden certainly eases the ensuing grief .
In improver to beautiful industrial plant , the garden boasts this perfectly stunning view .
In these four different persuasion of the low gardenwalkway , the bright gloomy footbridge serves as a highlight .
pinkish garden phlox ( Phloxpaniculata , Zones 4–8 ) show off in the garden with tall , fragrant , butterfly - attracting blossom .
Beardedirisescome in a bewildering raiment of colors , but it ’s punishing to puzzle the beauty of this clear blue one ( Irishybrid , Zones 3–8 ) .
These oriental poppies ( Papaverorientale , Zones 3–8 ) have immense , brightly colored flowers .
More horizon from the low garden include garden phlox showing off alongside hydrangea ( Hydrangeamacrophylla , Zones 5–9 ) and various perennials .
